Discovery

The first step in a continuous cycle at Optimized Talent Strategies, Discovery provides the jumping off point from which success will be measured.  Listening first to understand, Discovery will outline the context, targets and objectives, stakeholder inputs, measures and more.

Recommendation

Time is often not on your side.  I believe it is important to get to a recommendation of solution(s) relatively quickly.  Once the requisite level of analysis occurrs, a recommendation will initate action and progress will begin.

Execution

Beginning any venture with an end-in-mind includes identification of the tactics required to make it happen.  Whether your objective is to take the ball and run with it, or enlist my services in delivery, the plan for execution will include mechanisms to sustain, inform, and improve upon the initial solution.

Initial Validation

Validation is a necessary aspect of the collaborative process of improvement.  It will inform an additional level of discovery, and ensure we are not setting out to design the space shuttle in order to go get groceries.
